You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our themes implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Update and Compatibility
We must always keep the plugins up-to-date and work with the latest version of WordPress. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress (http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). We can ensure but not guarantee, that plugins will work with all third-party components, plugins, or web browsers.
Refund Policy
When you purchase and download a product from Sharabindu, we offer a refund within 7 days in certain cases.
- If the plugin conflicts with your site.
- The plugin is not working properly (as seen in the admin demo and frontend demo).
- If the support team does not respond after knocking repeatedly.
- Complaints can be made within 7 days.
The reason for this policy is that we offer intangible irreplaceable digital products and therefore try to comply with the rules on refunds.

Warranty
Our plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the plugin files or include third-party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes/plugins will work.
We cannot guarantee that plugins will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration themes on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes.
Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Sharabindu. So it is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of subscription and other actions as defined by copyright law.

Technical Support is provided on our Support ticket, live chat service, and via email(contact@sharabindu.com). This is the quickest and most efficient way for our members to receive support
It neither supports WordPress itself nor provides support for any third-party plugins. Product Support is provided through our support desk and email. No support will be given via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone calls, Skype, or other media.
This is the most efficient way to have all the support questions in one place, making it easier for us to track all your questions.
Generally, we reply to you within a few minutes to 24 hours(working days) but due to the time difference, instant support may not be possible. We can’t guarantee a reply for free products but try our best to get back
Updates
Our themes or plugins are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, ensure that you will use the most current version of our themes.
Premium theme/plugin updates are available only to active members whereas our free themes/plugin updates will always be free to all.
Price Changes
Sharabindu reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of our products without prior notice.
