License Policy

 

Every paid plugin requires a valid license key for activation, updates, and support. The plan you purchase determines how many domains you can use and how long your license and updates remain valid.

1. Single Site License

Valid for one domain. Available in two options:

  • Single Site – Starter:

    • Activation on 1 domain.

    • 1 year of updates and support.

    • One-time payment with no auto-renewal.

    • When the 1-year license period ends, the license expires and the plugin’s pro features are turned off. The free features of the plugin continue to work. To restore the pro features, you can renew your license or upgrade to a Lifetime plan.

  • Single Site – Lifetime:

    • Activation on 1 domain.

    • Lifetime updates and support.

    • Lifetime validity with a one-time purchase (no renewal needed).

2. Standard License

  • Valid for up to 5 domains.

  • Lifetime updates and support.

  • Lifetime validity with a one-time purchase (no renewal needed).

  • Priority developer support.

3. Business License

  • Valid for up to 25 domains.

  • Lifetime updates and support.

  • Lifetime validity with a one-time purchase (no renewal needed).

  • Priority developer support.

4. What Happens When a 1-Year License Expires?

  • Pro features of the plugin stop working.

  • You will no longer receive updates or support.

  • Your website will not break, and your existing data, configurations, and settings remain fully safe.

  • Renewing or upgrading your license instantly restores full access to updates and pro features.

5. General Terms & Restrictions

  • No Subscriptions: We do not use or include any automated subscription systems for any product or plan. All purchases are one-time payments.

  • Resale & Redistribution: You are strictly not permitted to sell, redistribute, or transfer any of our products or product licenses on your own site or via any third-party website.

  • Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to immediately block user accounts, deactivate active licenses, and take appropriate measures if we suspect any abuse of license terms, misuse, or misconduct affecting our business.

  • Policy Updates: Sharabindu reserves all rights to modify current Terms and Conditions and License Policies at any time without prior notice.
