Once you have purchased and downloaded a product from sharabindu we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is that we offer intangible irrevocable digital Products and as such, there is no way for our Products to be returned.

However, we may refund you in certain cases like if the product is completely unusable but we strongly believe that our product will work without any issues and we are available to help you with any kind of problem. The full money will be refunded if our team couldn’t solve the issues. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problems.
